Twitter is a great social media tool that can help you create connections and find a job. If you don't yet have a Twitter account, you can sign up for free at Twitter.com. Try these tips for job hunting on Twitter:
1. Link your Twitter profile to your LinkedIn.com account so users can find out more about you.
2. Use the Twitter Advanced Search to look for job tweets related to your industry.
3. Learn hashtags. Twitter uses hashtags to organize content. For example #books will bring up tweets containing content about books, provided the author has included the hashtag #books.
4. Find some people to follows. Identify leaders in your field to follow on Twitter and join in the conversation.
